Acceptance of terms
By accessing webtem.co or purchasing a template you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always at this URL with the updated date shown above.
Template licence
When you buy a template, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use it on a single live production project per purchase, unless you purchase an extended or team licence.
You may modify the template freely. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the unmodified template files in any form.
Payments
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Prices are shown in USD and exclude any local taxes that may apply.
All purchases are final, subject to our Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
All template designs, assets, and source files remain the intellectual property of Webtem. The licence granted to you does not transfer ownership.
Limitation of liability
Templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webtem is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of a template.
